This breakout is designed to equip operators with the essential skills and knowledge to maintain their Mid-Range Combine throughout the harvesting season. Participants will learn about pre-season walk-arounds, key maintenance tasks, and fluid capacities to ensure the combine operates at peak efficiency. The course will also cover best practices for keeping the combine in top working condition during harvest, minimizing downtime, and extending the life of the equipment. By the end of this course, operators will be fully prepared to perform regular maintenance, identify potential issues early, and optimize combine performance throughout the season.


Mid-Range Productivity

This breakout is designed to provide operators with a comprehensive understanding of their Mid-Range Combine’s in-cab controls, necessary calibrations, and how to use Automatic Crop Settings for optimal performance. Participants will learn how to navigate and operate in-cab controls efficiently, perform essential calibrations, and adjust settings for various crop conditions to maximize productivity. The course will cover everything from basic operations to advanced features like automatic crop settings, helping operators adjust their combine for the best possible results throughout the harvest season. By the end of the course, operators will be confident in adjusting their combine for peak efficiency, minimizing grain loss, and ensuring optimal performance.

The course will also cover how to utilize Automatic Crop Settings to adjust the combine for various field conditions, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. By the end of this course, operators will be equipped to get the best performance from their Flagship Combine, from initial setup and calibration to handling challenging field conditions and troubleshooting issues during the harvest.

This specialized breakout is designed to teach combine operators how to effectively operate and optimize Harvest Command technology. Focusing on both initial settings and in-field adjustments, the class will guide participants through the process of setting up the system, starting operations, and fine-tuning performance for maximum efficiency. Operators will learn to leverage the capabilities of Harvest Command to enhance crop quality, reduce losses, and boost overall productivity in the field.


AFS Field Ops

This breakout is designed to teach operators how to properly set up and utilize AFS Field Ops for the upcoming harvest season. Participants will learn how to use AFS Field Ops to access real-time data and insights, including monitoring equipment status, precise location tracking, estimated job completion times, and more. By the end of the course, operators will be equipped with the skills to maximize efficiency, track performance in real-time, and make data-driven decisions throughout the harvest, ensuring smoother operations and enhanced productivity.


AFS Tractor Productivity

This breakout is designed to teach operators how to efficiently use the in-cab controls and features of the AFS Magnum tractor. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the AFS Magnum’s control systems, from basic operation to advanced settings. The course will focus on optimizing the tractor’s performance, ensuring maximum efficiency, and getting the most out of its technology during the season. By the end of the course, operators will be proficient in utilizing all of the AFS Magnum’s in-cab controls and features to enhance productivity.


Corn heads (Case and Maya)

This breakout is designed to teach operators how to properly prepare, set up, and optimize both Case IH 4400 Series and Maya corn heads for the upcoming harvest season. Participants will learn the key features, benefits, and advanced design elements of each corn head, along with essential pre-season inspection, maintenance, and setup practices.  The session will cover how to make the right adjustments for varying field conditions to achieve optimum performance, maximize efficiency, and minimize yield loss. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to keep their equipment running smoothly and reliably throughout harvest.  By the end of the course, operators will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain peak performance and get the best possible results from both Case IH and Maya corn heads all season long.


MacDon

This breakout is designed to teach operators how to properly prepare, maintain, and set up their MacDon FD2 Series Draper Head for optimal performance during the upcoming harvest season. Participants will learn essential pre-season inspection and maintenance techniques, as well as how to make the necessary adjustments to ensure the draper head operates at peak efficiency. The course will focus on maximizing crop flow, reducing losses, and maintaining the draper head throughout the season to ensure consistent, high-quality performance. By the end of the course, operators will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to get the most out of their MacDon FD2 Series Draper Head.
